Job summary

Westminster Towers Orlando is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health, and report changes to the on-duty nurse in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, maintaining room hygiene, and following infection control guidelines. A Florida CNA certification and CPR are required, with experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years experience or Bachelor's with 1+ year in healthcare.
• Must be a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support with meals and feeding when needed.
• Take and report vital signs to the nurse.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of resident rooms.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet accurately.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure safety equipment is in place.
• Provide timely positioning to prevent skin breakdown.
