Century Park Associates is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (STNA) to provide routine daily assisted living support for residents, following care plans and documentation protocols while collaborating with nurses and the Resident Care Director. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, state-approved CNA training, current CNA certification, CPR certification, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA certification/registration in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required or obtained at orientation.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Read 24-hour log at shift start and perform routine rounds.
• Support residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain clean, dry clothing and linens for incontinent residents.
• Document changes in resident conditions for nursing staff.
• Comply with infection control guidelines and resident rights.
