Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to residents’ assessments and care plans. You will identify residents, document information, and assist with daily activities under supervision to ensure a warm, safe, and supportive environment across the unit.

Requirements include a minimum of a 10th grade education and CPR certification preferred. You will work closely with nursing staff to monitor residents and maintain high-quality care standards

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any disclosure violations.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood/body fluids and use only trained equipment.
