Job summary

St. Peters Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking a certified nursing assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions.

You will identify residents, document care, support daily activities, and promptly report changes in health to the Nurse Supervisor, while protecting resident privacy and working with the team to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo ID before care.
• Record entries accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report privacy violations.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals as needed.
• Observe and report skin conditions or injuries and changes in health.

Education

CNA license

CPR certification preferred

10th grade education minimum
