Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures and document entries accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and spaces.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as directed.
