Job summary

Desert Willow Post Acute in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, document care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining resident dignity and privacy.

The role requires a valid CNA license; CPR certification is preferred. Evening and night shifts may be required with a supportive team environment in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband/photo before procedures.
• Document entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain room readiness and assist with admissions/discharges.
