Job summary

Sage Creek Post-Acute in Las Vegas, NV seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily resident care in accordance with care plans. You will greet residents, assist with personal care, monitor condition, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires carrying out procedures you are trained for, maintaining safety, documenting care, and supporting residents during meals, mobility, and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals when required.
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care as instructed.
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared and supplies organized for admission and transfers.
