Job summary

DESERTWILLOW is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per diem to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a Las Vegas facility. The role requires compassionate, accurate record-keeping and strict adherence to care plans and privacy policies.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor condition changes, and communicate with nursing staff to ensure safe, quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Report changes to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and document care.
• Record vital signs and meals as required.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Follow safety procedures and facility policies.
