Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood/body fluids and infection control.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations as directed.
