Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services seeks a compassionate CNA to provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies. The role requires English proficiency and the ability to work with ill, aged, and disabled individuals with empathy.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while documenting care and reporting issues to the Charge Nurse. Training and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA program or hold CNA certification.
• Excellent reading, writing and communication in English.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Perform resident rounds and document care as directed.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Report concerns and adverse events to Charge Nurse or supervisor.
• Attend training and meetings as directed.
• Maintain safety and infection control procedures.
