Job summary

Lincoln Village Senior Living in Mequon, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to deliver personalized care, support independence, and uphold residents’ comfort and dignity. CNAs are welcome to apply even if not currently certified.

As a CNA/Resident Assistant, you will assist with daily living activities, follow ISPs, and document care while maintaining safety. Growth opportunities exist in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns.
• Accurately document resident care and services.
• Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
