Job summary

The Fountains in Cartersville, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a caring CNA or RCA for a part-time 1st shift (7a-3p) to support residents with daily activities and build meaningful relationships.

This role offers 24–32 hours weekly with every-other-weekend rotation. Tapcheck payroll is available; ideal candidates have a state CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• This is a part-time CNA/RCA role.
• Requires State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including turning, ambulating and feeding.
• Support personal hygiene and comfort care.
• Document intake and communicate with nursing staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
