Job summary

The Fountains in Cartersville, a Navion Senior Living community, seeks a caring CNA or RCA for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) to support residents and provide daily living assistance. This full-time role includes every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, with opportunities to learn and grow within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• CNA certification required and active.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living assistance to residents.
• Demonstrate positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
• Assist with turning, ambulation, hygiene, and personal care.
• Monitor food intake and report to medical staff.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians as needed.
