Job summary

The Fountains in Cartersville, a Navion Senior Living community, seeks a CNA or RCA for 3rd shift (11p-7a) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Join a compassionate team providing hands-on daily living assistance and building relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Must have State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Current CPR Certification preferred (American Heart Association).
• Excellent bedside manner and communication with residents and health staff.
• Ability to work independently with direction from a team leader.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive relationship with residents, family and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information per HIPAA.
• Assist with daily living activities including turning, ambulation, feeding.
• Help with personal hygiene and bathing.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed (ice packs, dressings).
• Monitor and record food intake and urinary/fecal output for medical staff.
• Communicate information with physicians, caregivers and nurses.
• Follow infection control precautions and safety procedures.
