• High School diploma or GED required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Assist with daily living activities for residents to ensure comfort and safety.
• Turn and ambulate residents; deliver meals and beverages.
• Support personal hygiene, including bedside care and assistance with bathing.
• Document intake and outputs; report changes to nurses and physicians.
• Follow infection control procedures and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with residents and families.
