Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license or certification.

• Able to relate to ill, disabled and elderly residents, including challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions promptly.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled and reachable.
