Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals and report issues.
• Make beds and keep bedside areas clean and tidy.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and dining room supervision as needed.
• Ensure residents have access to food and self-help devices.
• Transport residents to therapy, activities, and appointments.
• Attend in-service training and other directed duties.
