TRITAL Care in Lancaster, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a PRN, day-shift role. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with mobility, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure safe, dignified care in a busy skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a current CNA certification, is reliable, communicates effectively, and can travel to assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• Current, verifiable CNA certification.
• Ability to provide safe, hands-on resident care within CNA scope.
• Ability to work the 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift with reliable travel to the facility.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, infection control, and fall prevention.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Help with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Assist with meals and hydration per care plans and dietary precautions.
• Obtain and document vital signs and observations as assigned.
• Monitor for changes and report concerns to the nurse.
• Respond to call lights promptly and follow care plans and safety policies.
• Maintain privacy, dignity, and cleanliness.
• Document care and communicate during shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team.
• Report suspected abuse or safety concerns.
