TRITAL Care in Moline, Illinois is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN coverage in skilled nursing facilities. The role focuses on daily living activities, dignity, comfort, mobility, and a safe care environment, working with licensed nurses and the care team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on care skills, strong communication, and the flexibility to adapt to a busy long-term care setting, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and a 30-minute lunch.

Qualifications

• Current, verifiable CNA certification and eligibility to work as a nursing assistant in Columbus Georgia.
• Ability to work the scheduled 8:00 AM–7:00 PM shift and reliably travel to the assigned facility.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, infection control, and fall prevention.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Help residents with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility using approved techniques and equipment.
• Assist with meals and hydration according to individual care plans and dietary or swallowing precautions.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other observations as assigned and authorized.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical condition, behavior, appetite, mobility, or alertness and promptly report concerns to the nurse.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Follow individualized care plans, infection prevention procedures, fall prevention protocols, and facility safety policies.
