Job summary

Primacare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing home team on a PRN basis. You will provide resident-centered care, support dignity and comfort, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, vital signs, nutrition, and documentation. A PA CNA certification and strong teamwork are required, with flexible day/evening/night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Active PA CNA certification required.
• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Position Overview
