TRITAL Care in Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN day shifts. You will provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team to promote safety and dignity.

Ideal candidates are dependable, capable of working 6:45 AM–7:15 PM, with strong communication and teamwork skills. PRN shifts vary with facility needs; reliable attendance is essential to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification and eligibility to work in Columbus, GA.
• Ability to provide safe, hands-on resident care within the CNA scope.
• Willingness to work the 6:45 AM–7:15 PM shift and travel to the assigned facility.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and promptly notify licensed staff of changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Assist with meals and hydration per care plans.
• Obtain and document vital signs and observations as assigned.
• Monitor changes and report to nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and cleanliness.
