Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital is seeking a compassionate CNA/PCT to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist patients with daily living activities, bathing, eating, hygiene, and changing bed linens, while gathering non-invasive specimens and monitoring vital signs.

Responsibilities include supporting physicians and nursing staff during procedures within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Must be able to perform direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Experience with vital signs and basic nursing tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and linen changes.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens as needed.
• Support physicians and nursing staff during procedures within the scope of practice.
