Job summary

Salinas Valley Post-Acute in Salinas, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role on AM and NOC shifts. You will provide compassionate direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support meal service in a busy, supportive environment.

Active California CNA certification, reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and ability to pass background health screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Care: assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Safety & Advocacy: maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Compassionate Communication: provide respectful, person-centered care.
