Job summary

Valley View Retirement Community is seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on support that enhances comfort, dignity, and independence of residents. You will deliver daily nursing care under supervision of licensed staff on 10:00PM - 6:00AM shifts, every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, maintaining independence and dignity, ensuring safety, documenting observations, and adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8th grade education or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NNAAP) or current enrollment considered.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, walking, repositioning).
• Support residents to maintain independence, choice, and dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary environment; stock supplies; report equipment concerns.

Education

State-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NNAAP) completion or current enrollment
