Qualifications

• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare desired (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to guests in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality.
• Carrying out ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Maintains guest care plans by providing information to the nurse or care planning staff.
• Performs vital signs checks, weight measurements, and other routine tasks.
• Documents care accurately in PCC and maintains confidentiality.
• Adheres to safety and infection control procedures and HIPAA guidelines.
