Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures and provide support as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and I&O; document in the electronic health record.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, mobility and personal care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transportation of patients; adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
