Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Lincolnwood Place skilled nursing, PM shift (2p-10p), full-time or PRN. The role involves caring for residents under RN/LPN supervision, recording vital signs, and supporting daily living activities.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year clinical experience, and CNA licensure per state requirements. DailyPay and comprehensive benefits are available; COVID-19 vaccination proof may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of clinical/nursing experience.
• CNA licensure per state requirements.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height/weight and input/output.
• Report abnormal changes to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to care plans.
• Follow supervisor's schedule for resident needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Protect resident rights and report concerns to prevent abuse.
