Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to care plans.
• Follow schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Respect resident rights and report issues.
• Inform supervisor of resident concerns.
