Job summary

Hemmingson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Caregiver (C.N.A.) to provide daily medical assistance to residents and support activities of daily living. The role requires compassionate care, clear communication, and adherence to facility policies.

You will document medication dispensing using eMar software and ensure resident confidentiality while performing light housekeeping tasks and supporting a safe, respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state rules.
• Effective communication with residents, staff, families.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping and documentation.
• Must consent to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Document medication dispensing on proper forms and eMar software.
• Abide by med passing rules and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to resident call signals and maintain dignity and privacy.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of health information.
