Job summary

RMCE LOGAN SNF OC LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, lifting and positioning, and support meal service while documenting intake and weight changes.

Reporting to the nursing leadership, you will follow care plans, participate in safety drills, and maintain confidentiality of resident information. A CNA license and CPR/BLS are required or in process.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• 1+ year of CNA experience in long-term care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Document meal intake and weight changes; report to nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality and report policy noncompliance and safety concerns.
• Attend care-plan meetings and document progress in flow sheets.
• Support infection control measures and participate in drills and trainings.
