ROCKY MOUNTAIN PERSONAL CARE - NEVADA LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care in a long-term care setting. You will support nursing staff, assist with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and documentation, while maintaining dignity and safety for residents.

Responsibilities include meal service coordination, weight tracking, skin assessments, and participation in care planning.

Qualifications

Must be certified or eligible to be certified as a CNA in good standing with the state (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Current Food Handler Permit.
Minimum of one year of CNA experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and policies.
Assist with lifting, positioning, feeding, and transport within the facility.
Coordinate dining room services and deliver meals and nutritional supplements as scheduled.
Document meal intake, resident weight changes, and care activities.
Monitor skin condition and report concerns to nursing staff.
Support toileting programs and incident reporting; maintain confidentiality and safety.
