Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Support Staff to assist with daily living activities, patient safety, and basic care under RN supervision. The role covers multiple units including Med/Surg, Pediatrics, PCU, ICU, Observation, and ER, with responsibilities spanning rounds, patient comfort, and charting.

The ideal candidate will have an AZ CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, if providing POC Testing.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a CNA program.
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily living and safety needs of patients.
• Assist nursing staff with patient care activities and related non-professional services.
• Record vital signs and measurements per policy.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide timely, effective care.
• Maintain patient environment in a safe and tidy condition.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to nurse or supervisor.
• Follow infection control procedures and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide backup support to Camera Tech in specific units when required.
