Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking an LNA Support Staff member to assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support RN and nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This role requires an Arizona LNA license, high school diploma, BLS certification, and the ability to stand, lift, and communicate effectively with patients of all ages. Occasional travel may be required for Home Health and Hospice assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform nursing assistant tasks.
• Prior LNA or CNA certification experience is preferred.
• Arizona LNA license required; BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily living and safety needs of assigned patients.
• Assist nursing staff with patient care activities and non-professional services.
• Record vital signs, heights, and weights per policy.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain infection control and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely care.
• Perform and document procedures under RN/LPN guidance.
