Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend daily living and safety needs of assigned patients.
• Assist RN and nursing staff in patient care activities.
• Record vital signs, heights and weights per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and assist with transfers.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to nurse or supervisor.
