Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to perform clinical nursing procedures under supervision in the AZ scope of practice. You will support the plan of care, assist with patient needs, and help enhance patient safety and experience.

Responsibilities include daily living activities, vital signs, and collaboration with the clinical team. Requires active LNA license, BLS, and strong communication skills across age groups.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or greater.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant certification program.
• Current valid Arizona LNA License and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily living and safety needs of assigned patients.
• Assist RN and clinical staff with patient care activities.
• Record and communicate vital signs, meals, and patient changes to the nurse.
• Maintain patient environment safety and comfort.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients across ages and needs.
