Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living and safety support to assigned patients under RN direction.
• Assist nursing staff with patient care activities and related non-professional services.
• Record and report vital signs and patient changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain patient environment, hygiene, and comfort; ensure supplies are available and within reach.
• Performs hourly rounds, bedside shift reports, and accurate intake/output documentation.
