Banner Health Corporate is seeking a Patient Care Assistant for the Casa Grande area. This full-time, day-shift role supports nursing staff and patients with routine care in a hospital unit.

Eligible applicants may receive a $3,000 hire-on bonus. Responsibilities include daily living activities, data collection, and documentation in medical records, with weekend/holiday rotation and a weekend differential when applicable.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice required for new hires.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience and customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Record vital signs and data; document in medical records; assist with specimen transport.
• Communicate patient status and needs to licensed staff for continuity of care.
• Perform procedures and use equipment under supervision; assist with routines.
• Handle reception/clerical duties to support department operations and patient flow.
• Maintain patient records, chart forms, and supplies; assist in ordering supplies.
