Job summary

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ, seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the Observation Unit on the day shift (6:00am–6:30pm).

This full-time role includes weekend rotations and a $3,000 hire-on bonus for eligible full-time CNAs/LNAs. Responsibilities include routine patient care, vital signs, specimen collection, documentation, and coordination with licensed staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA in state of practice required for new hires and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living to promote patient comfort and mobility.
• Collect vital signs, input/output and other delegated measurements.
• Document patient data and ensure records are accurate and complete.
