Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services per care plans and policies.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document weights, skin checks, and patient status for nurses.
• Attend care-plan meetings and notify changes to nurses/compliance.
