Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-Logan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents under the direction of licensed staff. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor meal intake, and document progress in the electronic chart as part of a supportive clinical team.

The role requires current CNA licensure, CPR/BLS, a Food Handler Permit, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to lift and move residents as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services during meals and documents intake.
• Delivers supplements and documents intake and weight changes.
• Reports changes in residents' condition to nurse and supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies and safety standards.
• Attends care-plan meetings and participates in quality improvement activities.
