Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate, positive manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other training.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information; follow all regulations.
