Job summary
Human Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home care team in Colorado. You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Colorado.
- Home healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely.

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
- Provide household support (meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry).
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Monitor patients' health status and report changes to supervisors.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plans and document observations.
- Ensure safe environment and adherence to infection control procedures.
