Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Capable of accurately recording information and performing technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, catheters, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation as directed.
