You will document vitals, assist with grooming and hygiene, support mobility, and ensure safety while upholding the Patient Bill of Rights. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Demonstrates good communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Cares for elderly and disabled with compassion.
• Understands Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: ROM exercises and reality orientation as directed.
