Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
