Job summary

Citadel Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA assists patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a nurse and supports overall care plans to promote comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility assistance, vital signs monitoring, and safe patient transportation as needed. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• State Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification required
• CPR certificate preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, grooming and mobility
• Provide bedside care under supervision of a licensed nurse
• Turn and reposition patients to prevent bedsores
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain clean and safe patient rooms; gather supplies and assist with transporting patients
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff to support care plans
