Job summary

Citadel At Saint Benedict is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. The CNA assists patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a nurse, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include vital signs checks, record keeping, room cleaning, and assisting with transports as needed. Candidates should have a CNA license and a high school diploma, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant License/Certification required.
• Current CPR certificate or be certified within 90 days of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and mobility.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients and monitor patient comfort.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean rooms and bed linens; gather supplies as needed.
• Assist in responding to patient calls and escort to appointments as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
