Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.

• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: guide range of motion exercises and orientation as directed.
