Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.

• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with proper technique.
• Record Vital Information: vitals, weight, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and orientation as directed.
