Paycom - ATS in Minooka, IL is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care according to individualized plans. You will assist with ADLs, promote dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per residents' care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
